SAYE Options, PDMR Dealings and EBT Shareholding

Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), announces that on 9 April 2024, under its Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"), 37,974 share options were exercised by Duncan Singleton, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), at a price of 39.50 pence per option and were satisfied by the transfer of 37,974 existing ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in the Company ("Shares") held by the UP Global Sourcing Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT").

Further details of the option exercise are set out at the end of this announcement.

Following the above transaction, the EBT holds 2,346,862 Shares, representing approximately 2.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company remains 89,312,457 Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
