Change of Accounting Reference Date
Technologies New Energy PLC announced an immediate change to its accounting reference date, shifting its financial year-end from April 30th to December 31st. This adjustment aligns Technologies New Energy's financial year with that of Diverfuel S.A., a newly acquired and wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition of Diverfuel by TNE was previously announced on August 28, 2025.

Technologies New Energy plc (LSE: TNE), the energy transition company focused on developing clean energy projects to drive industrial decarbonisation for clients with international business operations, announces that it has now changed its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 April to 31 December, effective immediately.
This change is to align its financial year end with that of Diverfuel S.A. ("Diverfuel"), the newly acquired and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company following the acquisition of Diverfuel by TNE, as announced on 28 August 2025 (RNS Number: 9416W).
