Talisman Metals PLC (“Talisman” or the “Company”) announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), containing details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, has been published and is being posted to Shareholders. The Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website at www.talismanmetalsplc.com. The Company's 2026 AGM will be held at The Mespil Hotel, 50‐60 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, D04 E7N2, Ireland on November 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Further details in relation to shareholder participation in the meeting is detailed in the Notice of AGM.
