This significant retail expansion represents a substantial opportunity for Innovative Eyewear, which develops and manufactures smart eyewear under various brands including Lucyd®, Reebok®, Eddie Bauer®, and Nautica®. This news follows Tekcapital's strong H1 2026 results, which showed net assets rising to $201.7 million and portfolio returns generating $145.5 million.

Tekcapital Plc (AIM: TEK), the UK intellectual property investment group, notes that its portfolio company Innovative Eyewear, Inc. ("Innovative Eyewear") (NASDAQ: LUCY; LUCYW), the developer and manufacturer of smart eyewear under the Lucyd®, Lucyd Armor®, Reebok®, Eddie Bauer® and Nautica® brands, is pleased to announce that its test rollout of Lucyd Armor products is underway into more than 150 stores of one of the largest big box retailers in the United States. Sales are anticipated to begin in October 2026.
