Divestment of Acrylate Monomers completed

Synthomer plc ('Synthomer' or 'the Group') announces the completion of its divestment of Synthomer a.s., the operating company for its Acrylate Monomers business based in the Czech Republic, in line with the terms announced on 19 June 2026.

The Acrylate Monomers business was classed as a discontinued operation in the Group's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, as announced on 4 August.
