The company also announced that the notice of its 2026 annual general meeting and related documents will be published in due course, with the shareholder meeting scheduled for 22 June 2026.

Synthomer plc (the "Company") has today published and submitted the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 for publication to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1.
This document will shortly be available for inspection in unedited full text at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The annual report and accounts are also available to view on the Company's website, www.synthomer.com, or on request from the Company's Company Secretary at 10 Greycoat Place, London SW1P 1SB.
The Company expects to publish the notice of annual general meeting 2026 and related documents in due course, in advance of the shareholder meeting which will take place on 22 June 2026.
