Director/PDMR Shareholding
On October 10, 2025, Savills PLC allocated ordinary shares to a PDMR, James Sparrow, under the Savills Share Incentive Plan at a price of £9.8768 per share. Sparrow received 15 ordinary shares, bringing his total holding in the Plan to 6,323 shares. Following this allocation, Sparrow's total beneficial interest in Savills plc ordinary shares amounts to 125,654 shares. The purchase of these shares was conducted on the London Stock Exchange.

The Savills Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan") is a share purchase plan available to all employees of participating companies and Executive Directors/ PDMRs are eligible to participate. Each month the Trustees of the Plan invest participants' contributions in Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at the prevailing market price in accordance with the Plan Rules.
The Company has been advised by the Trustees of the Plan that on 10 October 2025, Ordinary Shares were allocated at £9.8768 per share to the following PDMR of Savills plc who is a participant in the Plan:
