Block Admission Return
Supreme PLC has provided a block admission return for its employee share schemes, reporting that no new securities were admitted or issued during the period from January 1 to June 30, 2026. The company will cancel a block admission balance of 235,236 ordinary shares related to the Supreme 2018 EMI Scheme and Supreme 2021 Sharesave Scheme, as these schemes are now closed. As of the announcement date, Supreme PLC has 117,317,803 ordinary shares in issue, representing the total voting rights.

Supreme (AIM:SUP), a leading manufacturer, innovator and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods, makes the following notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements which were announced on 19 January 2023:

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 117,317,803 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.
The figure of 117,317,803 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
