Staffline Group PLC announced on September 22, 2025, that it purchased 82,427 ordinary shares for cancellation on September 19, 2025, through Panmure Liberum Limited, according to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2025, and pursuant to Tranche 2 of the share buy-back announced on May 22, 2025. The lowest, highest, and average price paid per share was 40.00p. Following the cancellation, the Company will have 126,063,655 Ordinary Shares in issue, representing the total voting rights.
