The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.
Total voting rights
The Company’s total issued share capital consists of 248,226,513 Ordinary Shares, of which 33,354,534 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 214,871,979. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
