Lesley Watt, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has notified the Board of her intention to step down from the Board, effective from 28th January, in order to focus on her other commitments. Adam Reynolds, a current Non-Executive Director, will take over as the Interim Chair of the Audit Committee.
