Sosandar plc (AIM: SOS), the women's fashion brand, creating quality, trend-led products for women of all ages, announces that under the general authority granted by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 18 September 2025 to purchase up to 24,822,651 Sosandar ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company announces that on 25 March 2026 it purchased 632,651 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.4p per share, representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.
Following this purchase, the Company has now fully utilised the general authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 18 September 2025.
Total voting rights
The Company's total issued share capital consists of 248,226,513 Ordinary Shares, of which 24,822,651 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 223,403,862. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
