Director/PDMR Shareholding
Solid State plc announced that several Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) have acquired ordinary shares through dividend reinvestment from the All-Employee Share Plan. Interim CEO John Macmichael acquired 5 shares, increasing his holding to 546,207, while CFO Peter James and Director Matthew Richards each acquired 5 shares, bringing their holdings to 155,404 and 148,517 respectively. Sales and Operations Director Jon Baxter acquired 10 shares, resulting in a holding of 6,920.
