Director/PDMR Shareholding
Solid State plc has announced that four persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), including Interim CEO John Macmichael, CFO Peter James, Director Matthew Richards, and Sales and Operations Director Jon Baxter, have each received 250 ordinary shares from the company's All-Employee Share Plan following vesting. These transfers occurred on 26 January 2026 outside of a trading venue and were at nil cost. Following these transfers, John Macmichael's resultant shareholding is 546,202, Peter James holds 155,399, Matthew Richards holds 148,512, and Jon Baxter holds 6,910 shares.

The Company announces the following transfers of existing ordinary shares to certain persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") from to the Company's All-Employee Share Plan ("AESP"), following vesting of awards under the AESP.
