Sabre Insurance Group plc announced that as of July 31, 2026, its issued and fully paid share capital comprises 244,328,108 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of £0.001 and one voting right. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 244,328,108. This figure serves as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and the company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.

For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, Sabre Insurance Group ("Sabre" or the "Company") today announces that as at 31 July 2026, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 244,328,108 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 244,328,108.
The above figure of 244,328,108 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
