Completion of Buyback Programme
Sabre Insurance Group plc has completed its on-market share buyback programme, repurchasing 2,870,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of £5.0 million, at an average price of 174.05 pence per share. This buyback was executed under the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026. Following the cancellation of these shares, the company's issued and fully paid share capital will consist of 243,730,000 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury, resulting in a total of 243,730,000 voting rights.

On 2 June 2026, Sabre Insurance Group plc announced an on-market share buyback programme to purchase up to a maximum aggregate consideration of £5 million (the "Buyback Programme"), in accordance with the authority given by its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026. The Buyback Programme commenced on 2 June 2026.
The Company confirms that, having repurchased 2,870,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration of £5.0 million, the Buyback Programme is now complete. The average price of Ordinary Shares bought back under the Buyback Programme was 174.05 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital will consist of 243,730,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company once the cancellation process has been completed will therefore be 243,730,000.
