Result of AGM
Real Estate Investors Plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. Resolution 1 received 99.98% of votes in favour, with only 0.01% against, and Resolution 8 garnered 97.60% in favour against 2.39% opposed. The strong shareholder support across all resolutions indicates continued confidence in the company's direction and management.
