Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of commercial property across all sectors, is pleased to announce that in accordance with its dividend policy, REI will pay a fully covered Q1 2026 dividend of 0.375p pence per share for the period 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (Q1 2025: 0.4 pence per share). The payment will be made on 31 July 2026 to all shareholders on the register as at 10 July 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 9 July 2026. This dividend will be a Property Income Distribution.
