2026 Half Year Results
RHI Magnesita N.V. reported a 42% increase in Adjusted EBITA on a constant currency basis for the first half of 2026, reaching €165 million compared to €117 million in the prior year, despite a 5% revenue decline to €1,595 million primarily due to foreign exchange headwinds and softer Industrial segment performance. The company's self-help measures and strong steel business, particularly in India and the U.S., contributed to a 32% rise in Adjusted EPS to €1.81. Net debt stood at €1,528 million, with leverage remaining stable at 2.9x. An interim dividend of €0.60 per share was declared, and full-year Adjusted EBITA guidance remains at €400 million, with capital expenditure guidance reduced to €115 million.
