In accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R, RHI Magnesita announces that Karin Garcia has completed her four-year term as an Employee Representative Director and will conclude her service on the Board of Directors.
This is with effect from 9 December 2025, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.
The Board wishes Karin all the best and thanks her for her contribution over the last four years.
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R.
