LONDON and NEW YORK, 4 November 2025 - Renalytix plc (LSE: RENX) (OTCQB: RNLXY), a precision medicine diagnostics company, with kidneyintelX.dkd, the only FDA-approved and Medicare reimbursed prognostic test to support early-stage risk assessment in chronic kidney disease, announces that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2025 and the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been published on the Company's website and will be posted to shareholders who have not consented to receive electronic communications tomorrow morning.
