Director/PDMR Shareholding
Following the recent fundraising and Second Admission, Rosslyn Data Technologies plc has confirmed that Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) have subscribed for new ordinary shares at an issue price of 2.0 pence per share. James Appleby subscribed for 2,000,000 shares, now holding 8,830,909 shares representing 7.49% of the enlarged issued share capital. John Chessher subscribed for 1,000,000 shares, holding 1,000,000 shares (0.85%), and Ed Riddell subscribed for 500,000 shares, holding 500,000 shares (0.42%). These transactions occurred on 14 April 2026.

Further to the announcements made on 25 March 2026 and 26 March 2026 in relation to the Fundraising, and following Second Admission becoming effective at 8.00 a.m. on 14 April 2026, the Company confirms that the following Directors and PDMR have each subscribed for Placing Shares at the Issue Price of 2.0 pence per new Ordinary Share, as detailed below:
