Result of AGM
Quantum Blockchain Technologies Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support. The adoption of the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements received 98.5% of votes in favour, the re-appointment of auditors garnered 97.0% approval, and the re-confirmation of a director secured 94.9% support. Shareholders also granted directors authority to allot shares up to a nominal amount of £2,150,000 until December 2028, with 93.4% voting in favour, and to allot equity securities for cash without pre-emption rights, receiving 93.3% approval.
