Result of AGM
Prospex Energy PLC announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting were passed, with Ordinary Resolution 1 receiving 99.43% of votes for and Ordinary Resolution 2 receiving 78.20% of votes for. The company acknowledges the significant number of votes against Resolution 2 and plans to engage further with shareholders regarding its forward plans.

Prospex Energy PLC (AIM: PXEN), the AIM quoted investment company focused on European gas and power projects, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.
