Prospex Energy plc (AIM: PXEN), the AIM quoted investment company focused on European gas and power projects, is pleased to announce that the company will broadcast its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") via Investor Meet Company on 23 June 2026 at 10:00 BST.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted ahead of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 22 June 2026, 09:00 BST, or submitted at any time during the AGM itself.

Investors who already follow PROSPEX ENERGY PLC on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.
