PureTech Health plc announced that restricted share units granted to non-executive directors vested in full on June 9, 2026, with ordinary shares issued on July 29, 2026. A total of 469,720 ordinary shares were issued at a price of £0.01 each to five non-executive directors, increasing the company's issued ordinary share capital to 257,927,489 shares, with 13,552,467 shares held in treasury.

Each PDMR received vested ordinary shares on 29 July 2026.
