Audit Update and Change to Shareholder Call Date
Pennpetro Energy Plc has rescheduled its shareholder call from March 19th to March 26th, 2026, to allow more time for shareholders to review the audited 2024/25 full-year accounts, which are expected to be published later this week. The Board has completed its review of these accounts.

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional and transition energy projects, announces that the shareholder call scheduled for 19 March 2026 at 18.30-19.30 UK time, will now be held on Thursday 26 March at 18.30-19.30 UK time.
The Board of Pennpetro has completed its review of the audited 2024/25 full year accounts, which are expected to be published later this week.
Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman of Pennpetro Energy, said: "We have listened to shareholders and decided to reschedule tomorrow's call in order to allow sufficient time to digest the audited 2024/25 full year accounts, which are expected to be published later this week.
