Changes to Board Directors
Pennpetro Energy Plc announced a change in its board of directors, with Robert Menzel resigning effective March 16, 2026, as the company enters a new development phase. Menzel will be succeeded on the Audit Committee by Non-Executive Director Olof Rapp. The Executive Chairman stated this change allows the new strategy to progress under Mavriky and the incoming PPP team, while Menzel pursues independent business interests.

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional and transition energy projects, confirms that as the company enters a new phase of development Board Director Robert Menzel has resigned effective Monday, 16th March, 2026.
Robert will be replaced on the Audit Committee by Non-Executive Director, Olof Rapp.
Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman said: "We feel, mutually, that it is the right time for Robert to move on and allow Mavriky and the incoming PPP team to progress with the new strategy, whilst Robert be free to pursue his own business interests independently."
