PPHE announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Jefferies International Limited ("the Broker"). The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. This concludes the current £4.0 million share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 11 July 2024.
