Polar Capital Holdings plc announces that in the period from 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 inclusive, its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") held and managed by Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited on behalf of the Company, purchased a total of 103,099 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in Polar Capital (“Ordinary Shares”) as set out in the table below:
