Premier Foods plc announced that several Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) and their closely associated persons (PCAs) engaged in transactions involving ordinary shares on May 21, 2026. Specifically, Alex Whitehouse, Chief Executive Officer, sold and purchased 6,344 shares at 202.6p and 202.67p respectively, and transferred 9,794 shares to his PCA, Alison Hunt. Alison Hunt also sold and purchased 9,794 shares at similar prices. Duncan Leggett, Chief Financial Officer, and Simon Rose, General Counsel & Company Secretary, each sold and purchased 6,344 shares at 202.6p and 202.67p respectively. Philippa Rose, PCA to Simon Rose, sold and purchased 9,794 shares and transferred 3,367 shares to Simon Rose. David Wilkinson, HR & Communications Director, sold and purchased 6,344 shares and transferred 9,885 shares to his PCA, Jane Wilkinson. Jane Wilkinson sold 9,898 shares and purchased 9,794 shares at the respective prices.

The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 21 May 2026.
Alex Whitehouse, Chief Executive Officer, sold 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share. He then transferred 9,794 Shares to Alison Hunt, PCA to Alex Whitehouse, for nil consideration.
