Capital Reduction Update
Pebble Beach Systems Group plc has confirmed that its Capital Reduction was approved by the High Court of Justice on July 28, 2026, and is expected to become effective upon registration around July 30, 2026. Following this, the company has applied for re-admission to trading on AIM for its 126,603,134 ordinary shares, each with a revised nominal value of 0.5 pence. The total number of ordinary shares in issue will remain unchanged at 126,603,134, with the company's ticker and ISIN also staying the same.

Pebble, the global software provider of specialist automation solutions for the broadcast and streaming markets, is pleased to provide the following update to its announcement, dated 8 June 2026, in relation to the proposed Capital Reduction. The Company confirms that, on 28 July 2026, the Capital Reduction was confirmed by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales (the "Court"). The Capital Reduction will become effective upon registration of the Court Order and accompanying Statement of Capital by the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales, which is expected to be on or around 30 July 2026.
Accordingly, the Company has applied for the re-admission to trading on AIM of its issued share capital at the revised nominal value, comprising 126,603,134 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"). Following Admission, expected to take place on or around 30 July 2026, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue remains unchanged at 126,603,134. The Company's ticker and ISIN also remain unchanged.
