Pebble, the global software company providing specialist automation solutions for the broadcast and streaming markets, confirms further to the announcement made on 3 March 2026 that the normal regulatory due diligence process in relation to Oliver Scott's appointment to the board of Pebble has now been completed. Therefore, the Board is pleased to confirm that effective from 31 March 2026 Oliver Scott's appointment as a Non-Executive Director has been confirmed.
Save for the information set out above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in respect of the appointment of Oliver Rupert Andrew Scott, aged 58 years.
