Notice of AGM
Panthera Resources Plc has issued an amended notice of its annual general meeting, which will now be held on November 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. London time. This updated notice replaces the one from September 7, 2026, with the business to be considered remaining unchanged, except for resolutions 6 and 7, which have been adjusted to reflect the company's issued share capital as of the latest practicable date. Shareholders who previously submitted proxy votes must submit a new proxy appointment by 10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026. The company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, remain unchanged.

Gold exploration and development company Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), with assets in West Africa and India, announces that, further to its announcement of 29 September 2026, an amended notice of annual general meeting (the "Notice") has today been posted to shareholders, together with a new Form of Proxy.
The Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") will now be held at 10.00 a.m. (London time) on Wednesday, 11 November 2026 at the offices of Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG.
The Notice replaces the notice of annual general meeting dated 7 September 2026. The business to be considered at the AGM remains unchanged, save for resolutions 6 and 7, which have been updated to reflect the Company's issued share capital as at the latest practicable date prior to publication of the amended Notice.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM. To be valid, proxy appointments must be received by the Company's registrar, Computershare Investor Services plc, by no later than 10.00 a.m. on 9 November 2026. Shareholders who submitted a proxy appointment under the previous notice dated 7 September 2026 will need to submit a new proxy appointment for the AGM.
A copy of the amended Notice is available to view and download on the Company's website at www.pantheraresources.com.
There is no change to the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, which has already been sent to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy and is available to download on the Company's website.
