AGM Update
Panthera Resources Plc has announced an update regarding its annual general meeting, stating that it will be postponed due to Companies Act 2006 notice period requirements. The company intends to issue an amended notice with a new AGM date, which will be confirmed in a subsequent announcement. There are no changes to the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026.

Gold exploration and development company Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), with assets in West Africa and India, announces that at 11.00 a.m. on 29 September 2026 the Company was scheduled to hold its annual general meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG.
Due to requirements under the Companies Act 2006 relating to the minimum notice period, the Company intends to send shareholders an amended notice of AGM convening the AGM for a new date. A further announcement will be made by the Company in due course confirming, amongst other matters, the date of the new AGM.
There is no change to the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 which has already been sent to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy and is available to download on the Company's website.
