PDMR/SIP Notification
On April 20, 2026, several Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) at On The Beach Group plc, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief People Officer, General Counsel and Company Secretary, and Chief Strategy Officer, purchased ordinary shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
