Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR), the AIM quoted gold exploration company focused on West and Central Africa, announces that following the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Placing and Subscription, and WRAP Retail Offer, as announced on 14 November and 18 November 2025, the Company is today providing a confirmation regarding its voting rights.
As of the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 4,764,342,801 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total voting rights figure is therefore 4,764,342,801 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
