Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 6 February 2024 it transferred 39,839 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (2015).

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 14,368,692 to 14,328,853 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 110,991,522.
