Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 December 2023 it transferred 72,399 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's UK and ROI Savings Related Share Option Schemes.
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 13,619,351 to 13,546,952 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 111,773,423.
