Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Northern Bear Plc has announced the posting of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled to take place in person on 10 September 2026 at 1:00pm. Shareholders are requested to pre-register their attendance by email by 1:00pm on 8th September 2026. Any changes to the meeting arrangements will be communicated via the company's website.

Further to its announcement on 16 July 2026, Northern Bear announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held as an in-person meeting at 1:00pm on 10 September 2026 at A1 Grainger, Prestwick Park, Prestwick, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE20 9SJ.
Shareholders, or their proxies, intending to attend the AGM in person are requested, if possible, to pre-register their intention to do so by email to info@northernbearplc.com by 1:00pm on 8th September 2026 and to arrive at the AGM venue at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the AGM, so that shareholdings may be checked against the Company's register of members and attendances recorded.
Any changes to the arrangements for the meeting will be published on the Company's website at https://northernbearplc.com/investor-relations/ and, where appropriate, announced by the Company.
