Notification of Holdings
Northern Bear plc has announced changes in significant shareholdings, with Mr. D. O'Hare now holding 438,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.19% of the issued share capital, an increase from his previous holding of less than 3%. Conversely, Mr. K. Soulsby, along with his family, has reduced their aggregate holding to 323,995 ordinary shares, now representing less than 3% of the issued share capital, down from approximately 3.62%.

Northern Bear plc (LSE: NTBR), the AIM quoted group providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, has been made aware of the following changes in holdings of its ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
- Mr D O'Hare, who previously held an interest in less than 3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, now holds 438,000 Ordinary shares representing 3.19 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
- Mr K Soulsby, together with his wife and family, who together previously held an aggregate interest in approximately 3.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, now hold, in aggregate, 323,995 Ordinary Shares representing less than 3 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
