(the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("2024 ARA") prepared in accordance with paragraph 4.1.14R of the Financial Conduct Authority's (the "FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") is available to download from the Company's website www.mountviewplc.co.uk and will be made available for inspection in unedited full text on the National Storage Mechanism, in accordance with the FCA's Listing Rule 9.6.1R, at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In compliance with paragraph 6.3.5 of the FCA's DTRs, the 2024 ARA, as submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (and available on the Company's website at www.mountviewplc.co.uk), contains the following regulated information in unedited full text:
