Balance-sheet stress / refinancing

Debt facility covenant breach

Solvency still highly uncertain; £0.8m dividend noted

The £8m facility breached a liquidity covenant in Oct 2025 and was refinanced in Feb 2026 to a larger facility (£10.0m potential) at a 25% coupon, with further waivers possible. The 18 Sep 2026 notice of Middle East store closures cut FY28 revenue and left longer-term solvency highly uncertain. On 21 Sep a further £0.8m liquidation dividend was announced, but it does not materially change the outlook.
