With effect from 8:00a.m. on 20 October 2026, trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will commence under the Company’s new registered name. The Company's ISIN (GB00BWYF7709), SEDOL (BWYF770), LEI (2138001U1U2XY5UYA479) and company number (13446965) remain unchanged.
Existing share certificates remain valid and should be retained.
