Further to the Company’s prospectus dated 17 July 2026, Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: MNTL), the UK-listed company focused on building national resource and manufacturing resilience which trades as Mantle, confirms that Lester Kemp, Executive Director and Head of Exploration and Development, will step down from the Board to pursue other opportunities with effect from 18 October 2026.
Following his departure from the Board, Lester will continue to support the Company on a consultancy basis, focusing on its exploration portfolio.
