Acquisition of process agency business

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. ("Law Debenture", the "Company" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that on 19 December 2024 Law Debenture purchased the entire issued share capital of Hackwood Secretaries Limited (which has now been renamed LDCS Process Agent Limited) from Linklaters LLP and in doing so acquired the process agency business previously owned by Linklaters LLP. This transaction will strengthen and further enhance the well-established commercial relationship between Law Debenture and Linklaters.
