2023 Annual Report and Accounts
Further to its announcement on 5 March 2024, The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Report") was posted today to those shareholders who have opted to receive hardcopies.
A digital copy of the 2023 Annual Report has also been made available for public inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and is available for download from the Corporation's website at https://www.lawdebenture.com/investment-trust/shareholder-information/annual-reports-and-half-yearly-reports.
