Elandsfontein trial production ramp-up
Led to AIM suspension over late accounts – Suspension from 1 October 2026
Elandsfontein has been in trial production since November 2025, with a March 2026 record month, then output fell in the June quarter on ore variability and contractor problems. On 7 September 2026 Kropz began an urgent restructuring: no further Phosrock production is planned, stock will be sold, and the focus moves to Nanophos. Phosrock may restart if the board approves once markets normalise.
