Kropz Plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, were passed by poll. The company also indicated that a separate general meeting will be convened to propose the adoption of the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ending March 31, 2026.

Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, Thursday 24 September 2026, were duly passed on a poll. A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website.
The Board notes that all resolutions have been passed with the requisite majority.
As announced on 1 September 2026, the Company intends to hold a separate general meeting to propose a resolution to receive and adopt the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2026. A Notice of General Meeting will therefore be published in due course.
