Drawdown on Bridge Loan Facilities
Kropz Plc announced that its subsidiaries, Kropz Elandsfontein and Ubunto-Botho Investments, have drawn down ZAR 100 million of a ZAR 200 million (approximately US$ 12.3 million) loan facility. This drawdown represents the first tranche of funding from this agreement, which is intended to support the company's operations as an emerging African phosphate producer.

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announced on 15 July 2026 that Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd ("Elandsfontein") and Ubunto-Botho Investments (Pty) Ltd ("UBI") (together the "Parties") have agreed to a ZAR 200 million (approximately US$ 12.3 million) (the "Loan").
The first draw down on the Loan for an amount of ZAR 100 million has been made.
